Question AMD Ryzen Threadripper 1920X (12-core/24-thread)

Is this a great CPU for gaming? Or should I just get the 2700x and call it a day. Also I was wondering if this CPU can be cooled with the Wraith Spire?

nvm I figured it all out the Threadripper is completely different in size and everything.

Go for 2700X its enough for high end gaming.
