everytime i start windows or restart amd catalyst downlocks my the core and the memory i cant stand this making me crazy i tryed uninatalling and reinstalling its still going it plz help

so there are such virus out there that stick to the GPU drive files and ramp up the core and the memory thats why it was using 60% gpu on idl and downlocking both settings son og bitch be care full guys with torrents there in game files you wont even know u got it untill u get my problem be on look out bros
