AMD Semptron (AM3) on AM3+ motherboard

Hi! I have a question:
I want to buy these two:
MSI 990FXA-GD65 (AM3+ socket)
and AMD Sempron 145 2,8GHz Socket AM3 Box.

Will the processor fit in the motherboard and function well? The reason I doubt is that the processor is not on the list of supported CPUs. http://www.msi.com/product/mb/990FXA-GD65.html#/?div=CPUSupport

The website I used to find the processor number for the Sempron is http://www.multicom.no/SEMPRON-145-2e8GHZ-AM3-1MB-AMD/cat-p/c/p3496059 which says "SDX145HBGMBOX", but MSI website has the "SDX145HBK13GM" code. So I thought it was maybe a different product... But it isn't, right? 🙂

It is a Sempron 145, that is all that matters in the case. No worries.
