WEll, regarding this, I can only say AMD has just themselves to blame. 3GB ram and 8x slot. Vast majority of AMD users aren't even on x570/B550, don't mention Intel ones....
It's not even official, and is probably an OEM only product : "we want a cheapo Radeon to go with our cheapo Pentium "Intel Inside" cybercafe unbranded boxes.

The RX5500 supports 3 DisplayPort 1.4 outputs and the RX5300 should be the same - each can theoretically support 4K@120Hz. Now, depending on what you want to display, the card can drive it (desktop, video) or not (AAA games).

Not interested in games with such a card, of course. Just a (linux) desktop and a bit of image processing acceleration (dark table) here and there.
