AMD Switchable graphics not working

I have an AMD R5 with 500mb and a AMD R5 M430 with 2gb of dedicate graphics but when I play games it chooses the 500mb card instead of the 2gb card, i have used the control centre and selected the applications i wanted to run in high performance and waht not and done a clean reinstall with no change. Is there anyway i can select the 2gb graphics card as the primary card/ literally any other solution

do some clean uninstall with amd software, checkout their website. if it still doesn't work, contact amd. amd got this kind of issue really often. try to check if there is option to change gpu in game settings

there is a setting in the bios
