Question AMD Threadripper 2990WX, MSI X399 SLI Plus - Freeze / Black screen

Hi there,

Thanks for taking your time to read my post, any help would be really appreciated!!

My PC has been giving a problem for a while now, I have read on the web that this problem occurs to many.
I would like to get some help from this forum and troubleshoot the problem, would like to know what is the exact cause of the problem.
Kindly guide me, I have kept the PC is with the hardware team, so that I can troubleshoot the problem lot better and quicker.

Configuration -
AMD THREADRIPPER 2990WX PROCESSOR
MSI X399 SLI PLUS
64GB RAM 2400MHz DDR4 RAM
ZOTAC BLOWER GEFORCE RTX 2070 SUPER 8 GB
500 GB SAMSUNG 860 EVO M.2 SSD
2 TB WD SATA HDD
CORSAIR H115i PRO
COOLER MASTER H500P MESH GEY
ANTEC HCG850 W 80+ GOLD PSU

ORIGINAL - WINDOWS 10 PRO 64BIT / Updated frequently

Problem - Randomly my PC freezes or goes to a black screen with CPU-Debug LED turns ON. I have to use the reset or power down button to reboot.

Let me know what information should I additionally share with you...

What we have tried -

CPU has been replaced,
SSD has been replaced,
Motherboard has been tested by service center of MSI,
We have tried changing to a 1000 and 1300 Watt power supply. (problem still occurs)
We have updated Bios,
OS re-installed,
RAM mem test via sfc scannow.

Kindly guide us, it would be really appreciated.

What is the age of the PSU in your build? What BIOS version are you currently on for your motherboard? Make and models of the(1KW+1.3KW) PSU's you'd used to diagnose a possible faulty PSU? Which version of Windows 10 are you currently on? Where did you source your OSes installation from? Mind stating what slots the rams are populating on the motherboard? Also, since when has the issue been with the system?

Make and models of the(1KW+1.3KW) PSU's you'd used to diagnose a possible faulty PSU?
• 1KW - ANTEC HCG 1000 W
• 1.3 KW - ANTEC HCP 1300 W

Which version of Windows 10 are you currently on?
• 21H1 (OS BUILD 19043.1165)

Where did you source your OSes installation from?
• Bought it online - retail version.

Mind stating what slots the rams are populating on the motherboard?
X399 SLI plus - D2 C2 A2 B2

Also, since when has the issue been with the system?
• Problem started one and half year ago.. it very less frequent at that time.. in January 2021 problem was very frequent.. again now it has become less frequent.
