AMD vs INTEL vd Multiple Processor Boards?

I was Building up an Elite System for Stock market/Forex Terminal and Algo Trading Platform for Retail Purpose/personal use.
I already have a i7 amd black edition desktop, where both of them perform equally for my needs.
But i was wondering which will perform good, if i attach Multiple Monitors ie, 2 - 6 led/lcds on these systems with lots of monitoring and real time data filtering/trading.

as i recall (maybe i am off, but thats what i remember), forex/market software takes alot of advantages from the videocard. I did see a benchmark (cant remember where...) where the Radeon 7970 ruled"" the "forex world"
