[SOLVED] AMD wraith prism cooler

i recently bought ryezn 2700x and aorus b450 pro wifi MOBO. i can`t control the rgb on the cooler using the cooler master app as it tells me to plugin the device each time, i tried to use the usb plug, then the usb and the led cables but i still get the same result. thank you for your help in advance
