Question AMD Wraith Prism RGB with AURA

Hi,

I have an Asus Prime X570-P Motherboard and am using my stock Wraith Spire cooler. I am trying to use Aura to sync all of the lights in my build, but I am having trouble controlling both the LEDs in the fan and the LEDs in the outside ring. I have both the RGB and the USB wire plugged into my MOBO. Im open for any suggestions.

The ring is uncontrollable. It does what it does. The fan will respond to Aura.
