if that is after a good gaming session or similar load then it is pretty good. if that is idle temps, then they are a bit high even for an amd cpu.

i get that when i you tube, movies browsing. But idle is 50c. but when i get on BIOS all i get are like 30c ~ 35c.

Its normal, OverDrive shows thermal margins, not actual temperatures.

64.2c = 64.2c until thermal throttle/overheats. It is more like a countdown til overheating. 0c = overheats, negative values = degree above max temps.
