If the desing is more or less a "simple" Dual-GPU design on a single PCB, it is quiet obvious, that it uses twice the capacity, therefore 2 x 64 GiB.
Additionally it is very unlikely that is uses the fastest HBM available, because these modules might be to expensive and unnecessary for such a design. I even would expect less than 3.2 Gbps for a stack and therefore less than 1,6 TiB/s for a single GPU, maybe even much less.
