First we see this screen http://imgur.com/a/P1qwh and when trying to press f2 and del the buttons are pressed on the keyboard and the keyboard light understands the press by going dim but nothing happens on the computer screen and then we get this screen http://imgur.com/a/EU4pU and we are just stuck here. Motherboard is Asus Rog Maximus VIII Hero Alpha with i7 6700k and 16 gb g skill ram and we are having trouble get to anything else.

Solution
Is this a brand new build, or did it happen to an existing PC?

Sounds to me like you have a few problems going on here that need to be tackled in order, the first being that your keyboard is not being recognized by the motherboard. I would try a different keyboard, and in different USB ports. If you have a PS2 keyboard, try that too. The first step is to get into BIOS.

Yes that does partially appear to be the problem. We tried to use 2 different keyboards but to no avail. They keyboards light works but yea im not sure. And this is a brand new build

DOA hardware is uncommon but it happens. It's unlikely but remotely possible that the USB controller is bad, or the ports on the motherboard are dead. You're not going to get much farther until you figure out why your keyboards are not being recognized, and that may require that you have parts to swap in and try. Do you have another 1151 CPU or motherboard?

Have you done a CMOS reset? It could be a BIOS error.

Have you tried a different keyboard? Seeing as the light on the keyboard dims, I think you should try a different keyboard.
