An AMD FX-6300

Is the AMD FX-6300 good for working (Doing a 3D modeling , graphic design , kinda heavy tasks )

Yes it is.I have it and it is good.It has 6 cores and that makes it very good for multitasking.I have used only Unity engine on it 🙁 but it is a relly good CPU.But notice that the Turbo Core gives boost only on 4 cores(X4.18Ghz) and the other 2 are at 3.5Ghz

If you are doing a scratch build, an intel build will have better performance at the same clock speed. The AMD build will probably be cheaper. Buying a workstation class graphics card can help with performance because the drivers are optimized for the types of software you list.
