Question An asus a455l ram upgrading problem.

I was upgrading my laptop with and adata ddr3l ram. But when I installed it and boot it. It glitches and stuck on he boot screen. I can't turn it off. So I take it off. And it still stuck for about 10 minute(the first time it shows a blue screen). Than it tells me to restart. Than the problem is solved. But not the ram upgrading if I try it again it could stuck again. So pls help.

Maybe closing your laptop turn it up side town and reset the ram

Well that helps. But how do I update the bios. I been wandering for awhile. But I’m scared to do it. Pls help. How to upgrade bios. And how to even enter bios.

Ok. It is solved. It wasn’t the laptop. It was the ram. I took it to the shop that sells me the ram and ask him to fix it. It was the BAD RAM!!!!
