Question an error makes my computer freezes frequently

i'm getting this error a lot lately
it causes my computer to freeze, some times i can restart or shutdown normally , other times i have to force shutdown the system

Sorry but i'm not sure how to find out the make and model of the psu.
Its a laptop by the way
