Question an operating system wasn't found try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system

I recently got a new western digital 240 GB SSD. I replace it the position of HDD and install the HDD in CD ROM with caddy in my laptop and i format it. when i buy SSD they load w10 and it was good . after some days i decided to load W10 again with Bootable Pendrive. When fully load of windows then it takes automatically reboot after rebooting the laptop i see the massage

"an operating system wasn't found try disconnecting any drives that don't contain an operating system"

please help me to solve this problem.

What laptop do you have?

that is an unusual reaction, did you remove the USB from laptop before the restart? What PC should do is boot off the ssd at that stage, but sometimes, the PC tries to boot off the USB. Yours isn't doing either
