[SOLVED] Ancient Relic? Old USB?

I tried my best to find out this make and model but apparently can't. Found in my dads attic, he says he bought it in 1999 or maybe 2000! Opened it and found a SAMSUNG k9k2g08u0m 328 chip. Its only 512 MB and copies at 500 KBps.

Hard to say exactly what the model it is, but you've already discovered that it's an old Zortrax memory stick of the time. That was a decent amount of memory at the time, I believe in 1999, my PC had a 10 GB hard drive.
