It's Chinese. They had to cut corners somewhere, and you get what you pay for. Admittedly, many other smart phones from other manufacturers are built in China, but those are designed with cost not being the most important factor. Chinese companies are good at lowering the cost of similar given item, but almost always because they use cheaper materials to build it. In this case, I'd be willing to guess the display is a below average LCD, obviously the ram is pretty low (my old T-Bolt has 768MB), the camera sensor will be pretty basic, and I'd be truly afraid of the battery. Having gotten financially burned by cheaper chinese batteries in the past, I don't have much hope for the one in this device, and I most certainly wouldn't keep it in my pocket.
