Android Tablet won't boot.

I have one of those Chinese made tablets from a company called Intex. The model is Intex Titan 3G.

It won't turn on any longer, when powering it on it gets to the logo (before android) and then powers off (sometimes a click sound is audible). A few times it reached the android logo for jelly bean, but still powered off.

I don't have the manual for this product and I am not sure how to proceed.

Have you tried while plugged into the charger? If that works then the battery has died.

I've tried plugged in and not. I left it overnight plugged in also before trying.

i'm pretty sure if it's chinese it'll have amediatek chip inside so you can use rockchip or probaly sp tools to flash it.

I assume this 'flashing' is a form of reinstalling the android OS. Sadly the model I have mentioned is not listed on the linked page. On the box it says that the device contains 'Rockchip 3066 Cortex A9'. I'll have a look into 'flashing' the tablet. I'm just confused if this is a hardware or software fault, and I'm not sure of the means to determine either on a tablet.

I'm pretty sure it's a software fault as the chinese h/w is pretty good and the compaines just port the unfished os onto these which lead the such problems.I suggest you do some search on ' flashing a rockchip device'
