Question Android tv an IPTV module problem

Hello all.
I dont know its the best place to ask something like that but i have a very frustrating problem.
So i bought a 4k JVC android tv (a regret it) (model: LT-43VA3335) in first place to use with my PS4. (no problem at all)
One day i think its a good idea to connect my second IPTV modul so i can use like a TV. (IPTV model ALBIS SCENEGATE 8073)
The problem is i dont have signal jut like my TV say. Every cable is working well like the ethernet and hdmi cabel, when i restart the module
there is a picture with my tv service showing "serachiong for updates" than the picture change to black and in he left upper corner write Tunner 1, 720p, than a message no signal change the input. (only this hdmi plugged so i dont miss the input)
I try to restart both device, factory reset to modem etc i stuck now and im a little worried there is something wrong with th tv.
I cant change the tv HDMI resoluton, but i change the HDMI EDID to 1.4 nothing.
Can anybody help me?

My thought is that the ALBIS is not correctly configured for your network.

yes it's an IPTV and I'm using an another modem like this on the same network with an another tv (it's an oldest fhd LG)
And I tried with the other box and dint work

Do you know what IP addresses your network is using? All devices including the IPTV.

Make and model information for modem, router, or modem/router if combined?

Run "ipconfig /all" (without quotes) via the Command Prompt.

Post the full results. (You be able to copy and paste it all with no need to retype.)

Objective being to determine if the IPTV is correctly configured.
