Android Wifi Automatically Turns OFF

why does my Elekta E-Tab or Lava wifi automatically turns when after sometime even when the settings is set to "NEVER" turn off Wifi (SLEEP Policy)

May be the battery is getting low, it maybe turns WiFi off to stop battery going completely flat (regardless of sleep settings).
