Animation every time gone when restart windows 10 pro

Hello guys I'm using win 10 pro .
When I upgraded to build 10586 from that day this problem happening.
Animation stay when I manually change it from Advance system settings > settings ( under performance) > animate windows when maximizing and minimizing (by ticking this)
But after shut down when I start my pc "animate windows when maximizing and minimizing" not ticked.So its not animating when maximizing or minimizing.
What should I do.
Plz help me guys.......

Mobo : asus m5a7mlx
Pro : amd phenom x4 840
Ram : 8 gb DDR3
GPU : Radeon 7750 DDR5 1 GB
