Anniversary update 1607 - shortcut arrow hack not working?

Anyone find a work around for the shortcut arrow removal tip? After the update, it doesn't work anymore.

That's the program I use/used.

After Windows update 1607, that reg hack doesn't work anymore.

I'm on latest insider version 14951 and it works. but only for new shortcuts. Arrows are gone too.
