Annoy about close old thread for further replies

I very hate and disappointed when a bit of an old thread but every time I reply, my reply gets deleted then a message not open for further replies, who follow me?. there are even posts that were just 3 years ago and I can't discuss and it's happened like above. Any reason please explain. WHY? i would like to be freedom to discuss and if anyone interested can continue the discussion or assuming i have a solution i will post it there for anyone who needs it when they find my answer. If you want to lock the discussion because it's so old, why not delete it completely? instead of creating a new discussion, as it will create a bunch of discussion and garbage.
