annoying Mac fanboys

So I work with a mac fanboy. He thinks anything form Apple is superior like the classic argument "macs never get viruses". I told him only stupid people get viruses because in my experience most are due to human error like going to bad sites and following suspicious emails and downloading torrents and other files. That a Mac can just as easily get a virus.

But that's not the main problem. He says the Mac is best for professionals which I know is BS he doesn't understand that it isn't about the OS you use but it's the hardware in the system like Quadro GPUs vs GeForce gaming GPUs. That PC users can take advantage of all the same things Mac fanboys are overcharged for. Lastly the annoying myth that Mac users are smarter and more productive and live in urban areas. Are Mac users really this stupid? The guy I work with doesn't even know how to use parental controls yet he has this annoying pretentious complex in his mind. I feel like hiring my friend to show him where mac is vulnerable, of course I'm not really going to but sometimes mac fanboys are asking for it.
