Annoying proxy server keeps checking every minute. How can we stop it?

Annoying proxy server keeps checking every minute. How can we stop it? Im really annoyed by the proxy server I searched a whole day just by searching how to stop it from checking, but I think were doomed now. Can anyone give me a solution for this problem?
