Yes it can handle the 280x card and has the right power connections.

Thanks. I thought it might be given my intention of running stock no OC. I expect to hear other opinions to up the PSU to 600-650 and high quality. I know I'm near the borderline ... don't need a house fire! I'm listening if there's any additional input, otherwise I might get that card.

You are fine with that PSU has 44-45 amps on the 12v + rail and the card only needs 32 to 33 amps.
