Question PSU LOUD NOISE

Hello, I recently bought a new SSD disk - everything was fine but yesterday my PSU started making this noise, I thought it could be because of a dust on its fan, because my PC was overall dusty and i airflowed the dust away from other components but forgot PSU, so today I tried to clean the PSU fan from dust, the first hour or so after i turned PC on, it didnt make the noise but then it gradually started doing this noise.

I remember I had simillar issue like 3-4 years ago, dont really remember how I fixed it I think it just went away after few days.

My PSU - Corsair 650W
Other specs:
GPU - ASROCK Radeon RX 6600 Challenger D 8G
CPU - AMD Ryzen 5 5600X
MB - MSI MAG B550 TOMAHAWK
RAM - Kingston KF3200C16D4/8GX
SSD OLD - Samsung 870 EVO 250GB
SSD NEW - WD 1TB SN770

My guess is that you did not immobilize the psu fan when you blew dust out of the psu.
That let the fan spin up way past it's maximum capability.
It may or may not be damaged and may or may not recover.

I completly turned my PC off, if this is immobilized enough, maybe you mean like holding the fan?

Corsair has tons of 650w PSUs from junk to high end. What's the exact model number?

I DID mean holding the fan.
A slim screwdriver into the works will do it.
That applies to all other fans when cleaning with air.

Uh I dont really know but its definetly older one, around 6-7 years, but at that time it was absolute machine and cost 70$ which at that time was way more than nowdays.

Well I did not do that, is there a way how can i like maybe force the fans to go back to normal or is there like settings in bios? If thats the case they are working on more than they are supposed,
Also additional info:
I checked all system temps and 0 overheating everything is I would even say colder than it should be when idle and not really doing anything.

Also BTW, i found out thatn when i tilt whole PC case, the sound is way different and sometimes even less louder by quite a noticable chunk.

UPDATE: The loud noise for unknown reason stopped, its been 10 mins and the sound isnt coming back yet, even after i launched few more apps that are heavier on load to test if it comes back, and it didnt yet..
