Another Laptop Question. Anything better then 870M and 1060.

In a nutshell, my two son's have my older laptops, an Alienware with a 1060 and a much older one ASUS with 870M. They have been struggling along with some games, as they borrow my laptop every so often to play more demanding games. I have an Alienware with a 2060. I still mainly game on my desktop, an 11 year old 970GTX.

So I am considering getting some low cost laptops (with Black Friday and Xmas sales).

I am looking a really low cost, about $500 to $700 for a RTX 2050

or a bit higher with a RTX 3050. I am looking to get two of these to cover them both.

Of course both of these are better then the 870m and 1060.

Any suggestions on specific models or one GPU over the other?

Comments appreciated.

I ended up getting the Gigibyte.

GIGABYTE - 15.6" 144Hz Gaming Laptop FHD - Intel i7-12650H with 16GB RAM - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4060 - 512GB SSD - Black

for $750 with 2 year protection on each. Cost per laptop was $1075. Funny Thing, I did a complete desktop build on Newegg and that turned out to be $1457, complete with monitor and keyboard/mouse.

I ordered 2TBX2 for an additional $150, which I will install later as the second drive.
