I originally had a problem with my graphics card (gtx 970) with my computer that I got from Cyberpower. After a weeks of waiting I get a replacement graphics card only to notice that this isn't working right as well. At first, it seemed to be working fine, but after a while I noticed that the frame rate is about 25 fps lower than what it usually is. In GTA V on very high settings I usually get around 85 fps and now I'm getting around 55-65, which is kind of annoying for me. I have checked everything and none of the settings have changed from what they have used to be and I don't have v-sync on or anything. I also have a 144hz BenQ monitor but it said it was at 60hz and I have no idea how to change it. If you guys know anything about this or have any solutions please help because I really don't want to go and wait 4 weeks just to get my computer back all scratched up with another faulty GPU.
