I have PC and I need your answer can I play league of legends on HIGH 60 FPS STABLE?
Motherboard:Gigabyte ga-945p-s3
CPU:Intel Celeron D 347 3,06 Ghz ( I will Overclock this cpu to 3.4 ghz)
Graphics Card:Sapphire r7 250 1gb GDDR5
RAM:2GB

I would upgrade to a Core 2 Quad and double the RAM to 4 GB.

Supported CPU list: http://www.gigabyte.com/support-downloads/cpu-support-popup.aspx?pid=2475 Q6600 and up should be good, the 9xxx series would be best if you can get them at a decent price in your area.

Do a BIOS update to the latest BIOS before changing CPU.
