Question Ant Esports 240mm aRGB AIO not showing up on compatible apps ?

Ant Esports 240mm aRGB AIO is not showing up on the compatible apps mentioned on the box. It never shows up in Asus Aura sync, msi mystic, etc. I have checked all connections and the rgb header is connected to 3pin 5v on my motherboard mentioned Jargb. Please help!

You mean this? SMBIOS Version- 3.6. I found it in system information.

The LIGHTING cable from your AIO units must go to one of the two mobo JARGB_V2_? headers (mobo manual p. 44). Then you MUST use the MSI software utility Mystic Light. Similar tools from other mobo makers are NOT designed to work on MSI mobos!
