so, there's two 18A 12volts rails,
Does the two PCIE 6pin connectors on the PSU each run on their own rail ?
i need 35A total for my xfx DD r9 270x, it requires two 6 pin.

*if the two connectors run on the same rail, could i use a molex to 6pin ?

The R9 270x does not use 35A.
Each six pin connector supplies 75 watts .
The PCI-E connector supplies 75 watts.
225 w=18.75Amps total
18amps on the 2 6pin connectors is plenty of power.
Please do not use molex adaptors. The 2 6pin supply all the power the card will need.

so the card only needs 12.5A from 6 pin ?

what's the worse thing that can happen if the PSU isn't enough to power the card? will it just not boot or damage the card/psu ?

Your power supply is a good unit, not great but good.
It will have no problems powering your card and system.
Stop worrying and enjoy.
It is a tier three unit.
