[SOLVED] Antec NE 550m enough fir ryzen 5 2600?

My title says it all.
I had corsair vs 450 and as soon as i start a game my pc used to restart auyomatically and then after some hours it crashed and did not run. I think it damaged my motherboard so i was thinking of getting Antec NE550M Modular 550 Watt Power Supply https://www.amazon.in/dp/B071DS7659/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_Kb2KCbR7YD0E5 after replacing the motherboard

What makes you think it damaged your motherboard?
The Antec NE550M is a tier 4 (ish) PSU, so not the best out there, but it should do.
550W is more than enough for the 750ti.
