Anti malwarebytes blocked downloads

I m facing speed fluctuations. Speed is going up and down. this software attacks my bandwidth. My god my speed is only fluctuating. Before installing this software it was not happening. It blocks malicious websites and if i m downloading something. The download stats but with heavy fluctuations. Why?

I have a blocked pc which i have installed anti malwarebytes and scanned it and it blocks all malicious websites from where i m downloading, i gave my pc to my father's office and i have a new connection of BSNL of unlimited and good constant speed. In my office BSNL have brought for office. (D-Link 2730 Wireless N 150 ADSL 2+) I cannot believe till now also. Why? Second doubt is, I brought a new ADSL 2+ for my home (D-link 2750 300 Mbps ADSL 2+) I have a laptop. In my laptop the download speed fluctuates WHY? I have brought a new router, still then fluctuating speeds and in my infected pc in my office is running fine in constant speed. Should i change my plan to 4mbps to 2mbps or unlimited ? or should i change my line connectioN? My old router is Intex N 150 ADSL 2+
I think my old router is in normal conditon. So what do u think? should i change my 4mbps plan to 2mbps or should i change my wired line connection??

What are you downloading? Torrents? Why do you keep repeating yourself?

Where are you trying to download from that is being blocked?

How do you know you have an infected PC?

Are you running an antivirus program? Malwarebytes is not an antivirus program...

sorry for repeating. Yes i m talking abt torrents. I download from extra torrent and i have not any anti virus. Before one month i have installed this anti malwarebytes and it blocks my ports. So how to recover this. New router could not solve this.
I have already tried. Right now i m also using a new router but speed is fluctuating.

Well, ok. I am a programmer and have been most of my life. I do not support torrents in any way, shape or form. If you want to steal software from people, that is your choice, but I will not assist in any way. You can and now have caught viruses from doing this. So it is going to cost you money. That is money you could have spent buying the software legitimately.

Pirates are thieves.

download avira free and scan your pc's with it. malwarebytes blocks malware but it doesnt stop viruses.
disinfect every pc you had you mitts on.
then stop downloading dogey software and visiting dodgey sites. i know its tempting but more often than not you will find there more trouble than enough...
stay away from sites that offer cracks they almost always contain a virus or malware of some sort.
also, if your on an office pc your risking your clients security which could result if a heavy fine and lawsuit for your fathers company.

lastly dont come to toms asking for help with pirating software. its not allowed.

my bsnl connection man says that they have check my parameters because 20 to 25 downstream is good for constant speed. They told me they have to change 20 to 25 downstream. 128 is not good.
