Question Antivirus detected a virus but file is no longer available

My Kapersky anti virus detected an virus but is no longer available, am I safe?

same happens with me....i think its a bug in windows defender which is not yet patched

If you dig in Kaspersly's reports/ history, what specifically does it say was detected? (many websites have elements detected, for which naturally one gets reports 'cannot be disinfected')
