Question Antivirus for a NAS?

I have a NetGear readynas. Comes with an antivirus with it. It keeps giving me false positives. So I disabled it.
I was wondering if there are other antivirus for a NAS? I cant seem to find a direct answer on the internet. Its just a home NAS not for business. Thank you for any information you can give.

Altthough NAS boxes run "common" OS (usually, Linux), applications for them are very specific, and tailored for the specific NAS (even for specific hardware version). I'd look at your NAS' specific forums. This one is good starting point.
