I'm making my first Desktop, so would like to ask for help from you guys for advice on components I could change. I already asked for help here once before and I got plenty of great ideas. I know you are spending your time but it would really help!

Thank you!
P.S.: Where I live the PSU in this build is cheaper so no need changing it.

You're throwing your money away on the thermal compound. And you could also drop to the standard R5-2600 and then upgrade your motherboard to an ATX board. And that PSU is way too expensive for a $1K rig.

This is what I would do:

PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant

CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 2600 3.4 GHz 6-Core Processor ($164.89 @ OutletPC)
Motherboard: Asus - ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING ATX AM4 Motherboard ($129.00 @ B&H)
Memory: G.Skill - Ripjaws V Series 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-3200 Memory ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Storage: Crucial - MX500 500 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive ($67.85 @ OutletPC)
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce RTX 2060 6 GB XC ULTRA GAMING Video Card ($359.00 @ Amazon)
Case: Fractal Design - Meshify C Dark TG ATX Mid Tower Case ($96.85 @ Walmart)
Power Supply: SeaSonic - FOCUS Plus Gold 550 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($79.99 @ SuperBiiz)
Total: $1007.57

That would be a much better use of $1,000.
