So,I decided to take this parts:
https://pcpartpicker.com/list/2CCYhk

I have dark rock pro 4 and I haven't decided about the gpu yet.
I game on 144hz 1440p monitor + 4k 120hz sony tv.
No editing, just pure gaming + home machine for browsing, YouTube etc.
Do you guys think this would be good build for upcoming 3-4 years and what would be GPU recommendations ?
P.S Does this motherboard will work with 13th gen out of the box or I will need 12th gen to update bios?

I would say that 1KW is massive overkill, but given the power draw of the 4090 I would say it's the bare minimum these days. For 1440P I wouldn't go anything less than a 3070 or 3080.

Now that the 4090 is out, we should start seeing 4080 and 4070 specs relatively soon.

I mean it's almost 10$ difference with 850,so I will take 1kw just in case, any specific parts recs of other components beside gpu ?

The motherboard will support 13th gen.
But, it requires a bios update to do so.
The requisite bios was released recently(10/19) so possibly the motherboard does not have it installed.
I do not see a mechanism to update the bios without a cpu installed.
Some can do that, for example the msi z690-a pro wifi ddr4.
Then, what does support mean?
Sometimes it is cosmetic and the 13600K will install just fine and let you boot into the bios to update to currency.
There is not a big advantage of a Z790 motherboard, but those will have 13th gen support.
In the event you can not get into bios, borrow a 12th gen processor to do the update, or buy a cheap one.
