Any bottleneck issues?

Well I want to replace my old rusty GPU with a new Asus GTX 970.

Should I fear any noticeable bottleneck with these components while playing new game titles on high?
I dont want to spend money on new components, if there is only a slight improvement, but I am ready to buy a new component if there is a serious bottlenecking part.

The system would look like this:

Operating System: Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit

CPU : Intel i5 2310 @3.0ghz (Sandy Bridge)

RAM : 6,00gb dual channel DDR3 @665mhz

GPU: Asus GTX 970 OC

PSU : be quiet! PURE POWER L8-CM 630W PSU

Thanks in advance!

Well, there I'm a bit uncertain. Which games have you seen that require 8GB system memory? Most games are still 32 bit coded. That means they can only address 4 GB max.
I suppose more memory is always better. Especially if you do a lot in the background while gaming. Personally, I'm a gaming purist. As little as possible is running when I game. I want all the resources devoted to the game.
