Depending on the game, but you will be fine.

You'll be fine, but you should try for 16 GB RAM if possible. 8 GB will run games, but not as well as 16 GB would. Other than that, that PSU is also a little too sketchy, try for an 80+ Bronze PSU, maybe the S12II from Seasonic.
