[SOLVED] Any budget alternatives to the Corsair VS650?

Hey guys, as the title suggests, I'm looking for a new power supply, since mine's given up on life.
I'm running an RX580 with a Ryzen 5 2600.
My last PSU (Corsair VS650) is on its last leg, but it did last for about 3 years, even though my PC is basically constantly running.
Should I just get the exact same model again, since its only 50€, or do you have better suggestions?
It'd have to be 15cm wide at max, since my tower is tiny. I'd be willing to spend maybe around 80€ on a new PSU. Any thoughts?
Thanks!

I wouldn't either, but they are cheap and hopefully not fire hazards.
My main concern is whether you guys would recommend these over my current VS650. I mean, it did survive for a good 3 years even though I wasn't exactly going easy on it. I had actually already bought a second one and put it in, but it turned out to be a dud - meaning my system wouldn't even power up, which actually seems to be a somewhat common problem. But again, I never had any problems with mine until the fan eventually started dying. It's 80+ White, and the Seasonic is rated Bronze though. Wouldn't that be the most reliable metric to go by?

No, those are just efficiency ratings. They aren't necessarily signs of quality.

Plenty of bad Bronze and even Gold rated supplies out there.

When balancing budget and quality, with PSUs you should err on the side of quality. So the more expensive recommendations are better. If the RM550x 2021 model was in that price range, it would probably get my pick. RM550x 2018 is the little brother of my RM850x. None of my Corsair units have let me down yet. (My friend is running a 12 year old (might be older) TX850, still going strong)

EVGA has some okay ones as well, and the G5, while I don't believe it is their best showing (I think the G3 was one of the better ones, might be mis-remembering) It is still a decent power supply.

No. It's an efficiency rating, not a quality rating.

Recommanded PSUs up to €80,-

Seasonic S12III should be around that price. Not the best, but far from the worst.

Wouldn't be so confident in that. For the start, there are zero proper reviews.

For 50 EUR there are 550W Corsair CX-F and TX-M at Alternate which are far better than anything else for this price and are actually good PSUs, they're cheap just probably because they're EOL and retailers liquidate their stock.
