Hey I already have a optical drive and a HDD I am building a PC that can play on my 39" tv in 1080p. Any suggestions to get the price down would be appreciated (NO MIR'S)

You could do with a 500w PSU

You could cut prices on the motherboard by going with one such as this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157384
You can also drop the SSD if money is really an issue.
Smaller PSU could reduce prices as well.

I would recommend not getting the blower cooler, and getting ACX if you can. The blower might work well in confined spaces, but if you have the airflow, get ACX.

I don't think much of the CX series.

The same board should be on there, and you can pick up a wifi card for cheaper than that board. But if you dont want to that board would be the best bet.

430 would be cutting it pretty close. If it was a good manufacture, maybe. Unless its top of the line it likely wont supply as much as needed, and you wouldnt be able to OC.

What is this system being used for? Im only asking because you said it would be hooked up to your tv and if your just using it for media there are quite a few changes you could make to cut the price.

Its being used for gaming and surfing the web, watching media

I wouldn't go with the 430w. That's cutting it a little too close for me.
