Hey , guys .

I just started building my new pc and well it didn’t turn out as it expected. Stuck on reboot and pc just kept restarting over and over .

Here are the Parts I used :

To be honest,i would just take the whole pc to your local pc service.
They have all the spare parts and no offense,but you dont seem to know much about pc's to try to troubleshoot it.
I think that would be the safest option.

your cpu cooler is not installed correctly the fan should be on the right hand side and you dont appear to have a ssd or hdd plugged in
