Any difference between these three 250 GTS?

I'm very unfamiliar with serious video card stuff so I'm completely reliant on this forum's advice. These all see the same to me on the surface, just with difference starting price points, which may or may not mean something. Any advice?

The BFG is the best of the three, it has 1gb of mem
2nd is this evga http://microcenter.com/single_product_results.phtml?product_id=0320361
its clocked at reference speed , has 'goood' cooler.
The last evga is clocked 50mhz less , believe that uses a eco core.

I would go with either of the first two, if the first is not available. The difference between 1 +2 is 1gbvs 512. Occasionly comes in to play.
For a couple dollars more, get the BFG.
