Any flaws in this build?

Hello.
Just wanted to make sure the upgrade I'm doing will work fine. So the questions would be:
Any compatibility issues you spot? Umm, will the psu be enough for this kind of build or I can go lower? Will it fit in the bottom mount in the case ? (the psu). That's about it I suppose, ty for the answers in advance

CPU i5-2500 (old)
MOBO Asrock H61M-VS (old)
GPU ASUS GeForce GTX 960
PSU Seasonic S12II-620 620W 80 Plus Bronze retail
RAM 2x DDR3 Corsair Vengeance Blue 4GB 1600MHz CL9 1.5V
Case Enermax Vostok ADV, Midl tower black, USB 3.0, w/o PSU, mATX / ATX

Good PSU it will be more than enough. For the rest its alright you wont have bottlenecking or anything

For a system like this even the SeaSonic S12II 430W version would be enough, but I would grab the same Seasonic S12II-620 620W as it only cost about $10 more.
