Question Any free AIs that can process images or PDFs?

I have a table with numbers in a PDF (I could take a screenshot of it and make it an image), but the numbers are in the wrong measuring unit, so I'm wondering if there's a free AI that could handle either the PDF or a screenshot that I take of the table and just give me the same table with the measuring unit converted.

Do you have access to MS Office products?

As long as the PDF itself isn't a flat image, it is possible to extract data tables using Office, also other MS cloud products. You simply treat the PDF as a data source, and if it can see the tables, it can pull the data. Then you can convert it to whatever, easily.

Found the answer! If anyone else needs this in the future, ChatGPT has a module called image to text extractor that can (more or less) do the job.
