Any Fun Free roam games rated T? for pc

i was wondering if there are any free roam games on the pc where me and a friend could goof off. i would prefer one like Just Cause 2 but my friend cant play games that are shooters like that, he can play games like warframe ( a 3rd person sci-fi shooter ) because its sci-fi and the guns and players/enemies are unrealisitc ( they are fictional forms of life )

Like an online game with me and my friend in a skype call, it doesnt have to be free

There are plenty of games with CHAT capability. Not necessarily Skype. You'd have to narrow it down a bit, or go to PCgamer or Gamespot or other sites to look for games.
