Any good relatively recent single player Mech Sims?

I have a recent want of a good mech sim, and there hasn't really been one I've liked since Mechwarrior 4, and Mechwarrior Living Legends is multiplayer only, and I'm not a big fan of MWO, and it still has the same problem of LL of being multiplayer only.

I'm looking for a type of game that actually makes you feel like you're piloting a hulking mech with weight, but my own searching has gone nowhere.

Anyone have any good suggestions or ideas? If not, then might as well and use this thread to discuss mech sims, cause I love them, but am starved of them.

I actually have played Armored Core 3 up to Last Raven, and while I do love me some Last Raven and would love to see the rest of the series, I don't happen to have a console. Thanks anyways for the suggestion, and I'll keep those games on the back of my mind if I ever do pick one up.

Though, the type of game I'm really looking for is a much more "weighty" mech game. Apologizes if that's a tad bit vague, but I don't really know how else to describe it.

I think I know what you mean. Armored Core is kind of barely what people might consider a "mech sim" and sometimes the mech feels like a generic 3rd person dude and not necessarily a big robot. You can build a heavy mech which feels ok but you can also build a lightweight flying Gundam-style mech that doesn't really feel like a giant robot.

I don't think there are actually very many mech-sim games other than Mechwarrior and Armored Core. The only other PC one I've heard of is Hawken which isn't single player, AFAIK.
