Hello everyone,
I'm looking for a RGB (or just red) fan that is silent for my raidmax monster 2 case. It's my first time in this 'fans' market so i know barely nothing. I heard from some friends to search for Corsair fans but they have tons of different fans. Hope someone can give a direction here.

Thanks in advance!

Solution
For red LED fan, i suggest Cooler Master JetFlo 120 (120mm),
specs: http://www.coolermaster.com/cooling/case-fan/jetflo-120-red/

For RGB fan, i suggest NZXT Aer RGB (120mm and 140mm),
specs: https://www.nzxt.com/products/aer-rgb

For red LED Corsair fan, i suggest the mag-lev bearing ML series (120mm and 140mm),
specs: http://www.corsair.com/en/cooling/ml-series-fans

I recently bought 6x Corsair ML series fans for my Skylake build. Fans are very quiet and only sound i hear is the air passing though the restrictions (filters, grille etc). Here's also some pics on how Corsair ML series fans look in real life inside my Skylake build, link: http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-3272328/show-newest-system-upgrade-components.html#19158458

The jetflo is an up to 33dB(A) fan. That's the opposite of silent.
Same goes for the NZXT, they are rated 22-33dB(A)
Anything above 20dB(A) is in fact audible.
Anything below 16dB(A) isn't.

I suggest Thermaltake Riings if you want RGB fans.
They are always a bit more expensive and not the most silent fans though. The Riings are rated for 25dB(A) (120/140mm)

Corsair MLs are pretty good as well, they can be turned down to 16dB(A)

For 120mm my go to would be the Enermax T.B.Appolish red. They are pretty silent (19 dBA)
But they got a rather unique look. You might wanna check first if you like their style.(120/140mm)
Or the AeroCool Dead Silence Red Edition which are very nice fans who combine good airflow withow noise. (16dB(A) @92m³/h. Don't know if they're lying though. But they are excellent fans)

A very nice fan is also the Cougar CFD HB although it got more of an orange colour. If that's alright with you they are the best compromise with low noise but superior performance. (120/140mm)

LC power's AiRazor black series & AiRazor LC-CF-120-PRO are quite stylish fan that shouldn't run too loud. However I haven't seen any reviews on them nor have I tested them myself. Their stats look too good to be true but they come with 3 years warranty (120mm)

Lepa Chopper 120mm.
Unique design. Really different looking. However bad airflow. If you got sufficient airflow already it might be worth it though.

Finally the best 140mm fan is also available with Red LEDs: the Phanteks PH F140SP Led red.
This 140mm fan is quite potent (around 40% more airflow than the others listed), uses a magnetic bearing and solid build quality at noise levels of 19 dB(A)
However the 120mm variation is rather noisey.

All of these fans are rated below 23dB(A) at max speed which should keep them silent/inaudible 99.5% of the time

You failed to mention that you can also turn down the JetFlo fans, up to the point of 12 dB(A). At 1200 RPM, JetFlo produces 19 dB(A).

Phanteks fan does look good but it could've been better if it were 4-pin fan as Corsair ML series is. Sadly, Phanteks decided to go with 3-pin connector on their fan.

Personally I find most LEDs to be too bright at 12V anyway (personal taste)
But yeah that's something to take into account. Corsair done a lot of things right with their ML-series (although their marketing is somewhat disgusting, but that's Corsair...)

Honestly I've just heard too many reports about the noisy bearing if the jetflos. I might not do them justice. The difficult thing with fans is most people who write customer reviews don't know the first thing about fans (like with PSUs) and there are so many fanboys (the amount of people still recommending Corsair AF140s is disturbing). So I might not do them justice and they might be better than the impression I got from them.
